The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Principle Do Not “Serious Damage” (Dnsh) For Environmental Purposes Arising From Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 18/06/2020 And The Conditions Set Out In Regulation (Eu) 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 Establishing The Recovery And Resilience Facility (Rrf) And The Guidelines For The National Recovery Plan. In Particular, The Contractor Declares And Ensures That The Activities Carried Out As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Not Cause Significant Damage To Any Of The Environmental Objectives Referred To In Art. 17 Of Regulation (Eu) 2020/852.2. The Ordering Party Requires The Delivery Of Products That Are Brand New, Unused, Not Used For Exhibition Purposes, Free From Defects, From A Legal Source And Made Using Safe Technologies, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials Necessary For Assembly And Use), And Their Purchase And Use In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose Do Not Violate The Law, Including The Rights Of Third Parties.3. By The Term Brand New, The Ordering Party Understands - Unused, Free From Defects, I.E. One That In Its Entire Production Process Is Manufactured From Elements Manufactured From Scratch, Without The Use In Any Way Of Components Obtained From Other Previously Used Products, Coming From Current Production, In The Manufacturers Packaging, With The Manufacturers Trademark Indicating The Expiry Date And Indication Of Orig
