This Makes It Necessary To Put The Contract Out To Tender Again At European Level. • With This Tender, The Municipality Of Smallingerland Aims To: • Guarantee Continuity Of Services; • Collaborate With Professional And Reliable Contractors; • Maintain Flexibility In The Use Of Temporary Staff; • To Comply With The Applicable Procurement Law Obligations; • To Provide Efficient And High-Quality Services. The Assignment Includes: 1.1.1 Lot 1 - Field Service Up To And Including Scale 7 Providing Temporary Staff For Executive Field Service Functions. This Includes: • Drivers; • Bridge Keepers; • District Managers; • Recycling Center Employees; • Co-Drivers; • Other Executive Field Service Functions Up To And Including Scale 7. 1.1.2 Lot 2 - Payroll Services Carrying Out Payroll Services For The Municipality Of Smallingerland. This Includes: • Contracting Payroll Employees; • Payroll Administration; • Employership; • Processing Of Payroll Taxes; • Absenteeism Guidance; • Other Administrative Activities Associated With Payrolling. The Assignment Expressly Does Not Include: • Recruitment And Selection Services Outside The Scope Of The Lots; • Structural Training Places; • Services That Are Not Directly Related To Staff Hiring Or Payroll.
