Rental Program: Coveralls, Mats & Lockers . City Of Prince George (The “City) Is Seeking Proposals From Experienced And Qualified Suppliers To Provide A Comprehensive Rental And Service Program For Coveralls, Mats, And Lockers At Multiple City Facilities. The Successful Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Delivery, Pick-Up, Laundering, Maintenance, And Repair Of All Supplied Items, With Services Coordinated Across Various Site Locations And Designated Collection Points. Service Requirements May Fluctuate Seasonally, Particularly Between April And November, To Accommodate Changes In Staffing Levels, Employee Transfers Between Divisions, And Temporary Holds In Service. The Objectives Of The Program Are To Ensure: 1) The Ongoing Provision Of Clean, High-Quality Coveralls And Mats, 2) Supply Lockers Where City-Owned Units Are Unavailable, 3) Maintain Uninterrupted And Efficient Garmentm Exchange Processes, And 4) Deliver Cost-Effective Services To The City.
