The “Contracting Of The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Service Of A New Tower Elevator For The Hhha” Is Required, Hereinafter The “Service”, According To Current Legislation, The Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Annexes That Constitute Said Tender. The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A New Tower Elevator For The Hhha Is Required, This For The Use Of The Equipment For Vertical Transport Of The Hhha, This With The Objective Of Complying With Current Legislation, Changing Obsolete Equipment Or Equipment With Its Useful Life Completed, Minimizing Periods Of Unavailability Of The Equipment Due To Mechanical And Electrical Failures, With An After-Sales Service For Attention To Breakdowns Or Failures, 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week. Measurements Must Be Confirmed On The Ground For Correct Functionality And Start-Up; This Must Comply With Current Legal Regulations And What Is Requested In Technical And Administrative Bases, Considering Its Use As A Hospital. Preventive, Reparative And Corrective Maintenance Actions Must Be Considered Through Warranty, And Spare Parts, Accessories, Revisions, Tests, Calibrations, Correct Structure And Operation, Cleaning And All Necessary Actions Must Be Considered To Maintain Its Optimal Functioning, And Ensure Its Continuous Use; That Is Why Its Execution In A Timely Manner Is Of Vital Importance For The Correct Functioning Of The Establishment, Safeguarding The Timely Care Of The Hospitals Patients. The Awardee Must Have Adequate, Modern And Certified Personnel And Equipment For The Infrastructure Of The Hospital And Its Facilities, And Must Also Have The Necessary And Required Spare Parts Supplied In This Tender In A Sufficient Manner, In Accordance With Current Legislation And The Administrative Bases, Technical Specifications And Annexes That Constitute The Aforementioned Call For Public Tender Of The Hospital.
