Gromkowski Provincial Specialist Hospital, Serves The Direct Implementation Of Fundamental Rights In The Area Of Human Health Protection And Environmental Protection, In Accordance With Art. 35 And Art. 37 Of The Charter Of Fundamental Rights Of The European Union (Hereinafter Referred To As Cfr). The Contractor Is Obliged To Implement The Entire Subject Of The Contract With Absolute Respect For The Rights And Principles Set Out In The Charter Of Fundamental Rights Of The Eu (Oj Eu C 202 Of 7/06/2016, P. 389) And The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities (Crpd). This Obligation Applies Equally To The Contractor And All Subcontractors And Sub-Subcontractors Involved In The Investment Area.
