1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Desktop And Portable Computers With Office Software For The Municipal Office In Grudziądz.2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Unused, Of The First Quality, Meet The Quality Requirements Specified By The Manufacturer Of The Given Product And The Ordering Party And Guarantee Safety, Functionality And Reliability Of Use Within The Scope Of Its Intended Use.3. The Subject Of The Order Within A Given Product Item Should Be The Same In Terms Of Type, Type, Features, Model And Manufacturer.4. All Formalities Such As Activation Of The Warranty Or Registration Of The Subject Of The Order With The Manufacturer Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor.5. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Be Packaged In A Way That Ensures The Preservation Of Properties And Technical And Operational Parameters During Transport.6. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide License Keys That Will Activate The Access Procedure And Allow The Use Of The Software, Together With Appropriate Documents (Certificates) Confirming The Right To Use The Software.7. If Access To The Software Is Not Obtained, Problems With Downloading Or Installation Occur, The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That The Ordering Party Can Exercise The Rights Described In Section 6 Above, No Later Than 2 Days From The Date Of Receipt Of Notification From The Ordering Party.8. The Contractor Declares That The Software Provided By Him Does Not Violate Any Rights Of Third Parties, Especially In The Field Of Provisions On Invention, Trademarks, Copyright And Related Rights, And Unfair Competition, And Assumes Responsibility In This Respect In The Event Of Third Party Claims.9. The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.10. The Ordering Party Requires The Data Provided By The Contractor In Annex 2.1. To Swz - Offer Form - Detailed Part, Clearly And Precisely Indicated The Subject Of The Order. The Provided Data Must Allow The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Configuration Consistent With The Ordering Partys Requirements Using Generally Available Methods (E.G. Model Of The Subject Of The Order And Manufacturers Name, Link To The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Website Address, Etc.) In Order To Check The Correctness Of Its Parameters With The Swz Requirements. If The Model Or Name Of The Subject Of The Order Provided By The Contractor Does Not Fully Reflect The Fulfillment Of The Ordering Partys Requirements, Please Provide Technical Data Regarding The Configuration And Accessories Of The Subject.11. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Parameters Exceeding The Ordering Partys Requirements, With Modern Technological Requirements, Meeting At Least The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Not Inferior In Terms Of Quality An
