1. The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design Documentation And, Based On It, The Construction Of A Warehouse Building With A Steel Structure, With Walls And A Roof Made Of Pir Sandwich Panels, Together With A Social Area And A Mezzanine.2. Detailed Scope Of The Order: 1) Preparation Of A Complete Construction Design For The Investment Being Implemented, Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Along With The Required Tests, Arrangements And Permits; 2) Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting Of: A. Earthworks; B. Execution Of Foundation And Insulation Works; C. Construction Of A Steel Structure; D. Cladding Walls With Sandwich Panels; E. Construction Of A Roof From A Sandwich Panel; F. Installation Of Pvc Windows, Aluminum Doors And Entrance Gates; G. Installation Of Steel Flashings And Steel Gutters Made Of Coated Sheet Metal; H. Construction Of Industrial Floors In The Warehouse Section Min. 15 Cm Of Concrete Min. B30 Reinforced With Dispersed Reinforcement, Troweled Smooth And Surface Hardened, With A Load-Bearing Capacity Of Min. 60 Kn/M2;I. Construction Of Partition Walls;J. Execution Of Water, Sewage And Electrical Connections; K. Installation Of Internal Electrical, Water And Sewage Installations, Along With Equipping The Social Area With Fittings.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Work Are Determined By: 1) Functional And Utility Program; 2) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order; 2.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To Swz.2.4. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Will: • Arrange The Construction Site And Construction Facilities, And After Completing The Work, Restore The Area To Its Original Condition, • Mark And Secure The Construction Site.2.5. The Contractor Will Be Fully Liable For Accidents And Damages Resulting From Incorrect Marking Of The Construction Site, Failure To Maintain Order And Lack Of Attention To The Cleanliness And Condition Of The Construction Site And The Roads Adjacent To It, As Well As For Other Unmentioned Damages Resulting From The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order.2.6. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Protecting Underground Installations And Devices, Ensuring Their Proper Marking And Protection Against Damage During The Works.2.7. The Contractor Will Bear All Costs Related To Restoring The Original Condition Of The Surroundings.2.8. All Demolition Elements Suitable For Reuse Are The Property Of The Ordering Party, While Elements Recognized As Waste Should Be Disposed Of By The Contractor On His Own And At His Own Expense.
