1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor With An Agricultural Trailer And A 3-Section Front Loader, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2025. The Subject Of The Order Must Be New, Fully Functional, Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects And Meet The Technical, Quality And Operational Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Equipment Should Have All The Documents Necessary To Complete The Formalities Related To Admission To Traffic On Public Roads And An Operating Manual In Polish. The Ordering Party Requires That The Tractor And Its Accessories Must Be Covered By At Least 24-Month Warranty Period. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk, Delivery Address: Selective Collection Point Of Municipal Waste Ul. Kołobrzeska 4A, 78-230 Karlino. The Contractor Will Ensure Warranty Repairs Are Carried Out At The Manufacturers Authorized Service Center. If The Authorized Service Center Is Located At A Distance Exceeding 200 Km From The Ordering Partys Headquarters, The Contractor Will Ensure Collection And Delivery Of The Equipment To The Place Of Warranty Repairs At Its Own Expense.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 6 To Swz - Opz.3. If The Names Of Materials Or The Adopted Technology Appear In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, They Should Be Understood As Specifying The Minimum Required Technical Parameters Or Quality Standards.4. Equivalent Solutions: 1) If The Ordering Party Has Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, Sources Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, It Is Allowed To Offer Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Maintain At Least The Same (Minimum) Technical, Quality And Functional Parameters; 2) The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards;3) If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions.
