1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Server Infrastructure With A Virtualization System And A Disk Array For The Ordering Party, Including The Delivery Of Three (3) Servers With The Necessary Software And Licenses, The Delivery Of A Virtualization System With The Necessary Licenses And The Delivery Of A Disk Array With The Necessary Software And Licenses.2. As Part Of The Order, All Elements Necessary To Install And Commission The Equipment Must Be Provided, Including Inserts, Cables, Power Cords And Assembly Accessories. The Contractor Will Assemble And Install The Supplied Equipment In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Warsaw And Configure Servers In The High Availability (Ha) Cluster Mode, Install And Configure The Virtualization System, Configure And Integrate The Disk Array With The Server Infrastructure, Virtualize The Ordering Partys Currently Operating Servers, Migrate Virtualized Environments To The New Infrastructure, Conduct Functional And Performance Tests And Train The Ordering Partys Administrators In The Use Of The Delivered Equipment. Devices, Including Basic Administrative Tasks, Monitoring, Diagnostics And Solving Typical Operational Problems. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Name (Manufacturer, Type And Model And Confirmation Of The Required Parameters, E.G. By Indicating The Manufacturers Website) Of The Offered Equipment In The Technical And Functional Description Of The Offered Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Annex To The Offer Form. The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm All Requirements Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Offered Configuration Of Individual Components Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Offered Devices Must Be Equipped With A Solution Ensuring Firmware Protection Against Malicious Software Manipulation, In Accordance With The Recommendations Of Nist Sp 800-147B And Nist Sp 800-155 Or Functionally Equivalent, In Particular Through The Use Of A Hardware Root Of Trust Mechanism And A Tpm 2.0 Module (Or Equivalent), Enabling Cryptographic Confirmation Of The Integrity Of The Bios/Uefi Software (E.G. Through Secure Boot And/Or Mechanisms Measured Boot).5. The Protection Referred To Above Must Be Based On An Immutable Hardware Root Of Trust Integrated With The Motherboard (The So-Called Silicon Root Of Trust Or Equivalent), Which Prevents The Device From Starting If Unauthorized Changes To The Bios/Uefi Code Are Detected.6. The Offered Devices That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, And Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel. The Equipment Must Have Complete And Appropriate Wiring Necessary For Commissioning. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Products Equivalent To Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
