The Following Scope Of Work Should Be Performed As Part Of The Order: - Adaptation Of The Tower Structure To The Installation Of The Slide, - Delivery Of A Steel Tubular, Spiral Slide From The Observation Tower With A Brake, 64 M Long, - Delivery And Installation Of The Start-Stop System, - Delivery And Installation Of A Window System In The Slide Spiral, - Delivery And Installation Of A Manual Closing System For The Slide, - Installation Of The Slide.2. Names And Codes Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary: 37535240-1 – Slides3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Order Was Described In The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Specifications Of The Terms Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. Other Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz (Drafted Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract).4. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Proper Names Are Examples Only And Do Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer. When Offering An Item Equivalent To That Described In The Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Equivalence In Terms Of Operational, Functional, Dimensional And Quality Parameters. By An Equivalent Product, The Ordering Party Understands A Product With The Same Or Better Quality And Functional Properties Than Those Required By The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Shall Ensure That The Contractor, If Offering An Equivalent Product, Sufficiently Proves, Using All Evidence Available To It, That Its Offer Is Equivalent. The Selection Of This Evidence Rests With The Contractor. The Ordering Party Informs That In Relation To Each Part Of The Order In Which It Uses Technical Parameters Specified Individually, It Allows The Submission Of An Offer In Which The Contractor Offers A Product With Technical Parameters That Differ From Those Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order By ± 5%.
