1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Radiocommunication Materials With The Following Division Into Tasks: Task 1 - Power Cables And Headsets 2. The Maximum Order Quantity Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference - Bid Form.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Each Product Item Is Included In Annex No. 2 To The Terms Of Reference - Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz). This Attachment Is Also A Price Form.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A 24-Month Warranty For The Entire Product Range Constituting The Subject Of The Delivery, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty.5. The Place Of Delivery Is The Warehouse Of The Department Of Communications And It At The Military Police Headquarters In Krakow, Ul. Mogilska 109. 6. The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement Does Not Deprive The Ordering Party Of The Right To Order The Supplies In Question Through Separate Public Procurement Procedures
