1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For The Transport Of Students From The Chojnów Commune To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Rokitki In The School Year 2026/2027, In Accordance With The List Of The Approximate Number Of Students Commuting From Individual Towns Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Contract. 2. Transport Will Take Place Four Times A Day - I.E. Transport Of Students From Their Place Of Residence To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Rokitki And Three Transports Of Students After School To Their Place Of Residence.3. Transport Of Students To Schools Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Timetable Developed Jointly At The Beginning Of The 2026/2027 School Year And Adapted To The Timetable Of Students Using The Transport. The Contractor Accepts The Preliminary Student Transport Schedule. Subsequent Changes To The Timetable Require The Acceptance Of The Ordering Party.4. The Service Provider Undertakes To Ensure That Students Are Transported To Primary Schools At Least 10 Minutes, But Not Earlier Than 20 Minutes, Before The Start Of Classes At The Primary School.5. The Ordering Party Stipulates That Each Student Should Be Provided With A Seat On The Bus/Bus. 6. The Service Provider Is To Ensure Punctual, Safe, Efficient And Failure-Free Transport And Collection Of Students, According To The Established Bus/Bus Timetable.7. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Organizing Student Transport In Conjunction With Open Transport. 8. The Care Of Students During Transport Is Organized And Provided By The Ordering Party.9. The Carrier Insures The Buses/Buses And Passengers Against Any Damage Occurring During And In Connection With The Transport.10. The Contractor Will Enable Individuals To Purchase Monthly Tickets.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Post A Timetable At Stops In Each Town In Accordance With The Schedule Constituting Annex No. 13 To Swz.12. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 11 - Order Of The Mayor Of The Chojnów Commune On The Introduction Of Standards For The Protection Of Minors Against Harm, Together With The Annex.13. The Contractor Is Obliged To Comply With The Standards For The Protection Of Minors Against Harm Introduced By The Order Of The Mayor Of The Chojnów Commune Of June 3, 202414. During The Implementation Of This Order, The Contractor Must Have A Parking Facility At A Distance Of 40 Km From The School And Kindergarten Complex In Rokitki, Rokitki 32, 59-225 Chojnów. Before Signing The Contract, The Selected Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Information About The Location Of The Base. Failure To Present The Requested Documents Before Signing The Contract Will Be Tantamount To Withdrawal From Signing The Contract.
