Performing Periodic Inspections Of Buildings Located On The Property At Ul. Powstańców Warszawy 5 And Skromna 5 In Bydgoszcz - In Accordance With The Price Form And Provisions In The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In: Performing Periodic Inspections Of Construction Facilities Located On The Property At Powstańców Warszawy 5 And Ul. Skromna 5 In Bydgoszcz In Accordance With Applicable Legal Regulations, In Particular Article 62(1)(1) Of The Construction Law. The Service Referred To In Section 1 Consists In Checking The Technical Condition Of The Annual Inspection Of Buildings, Including In Particular: A) Checking The Elements Of Buildings, Structures And Installations Exposed To Harmful Atmospheric Influences And The Destructive Effects Of Factors Occurring During The Use Of The Facilities (E.G. All External Elements Of Buildings - Facades, Roof With All Elements, Terraces, Balconies, Stairs, Floors) B) Checking The Condition Of Visible Structural Elements That May Be Subject To, For Example, Deflection, Scratching; C) Checking The Technical Condition Of Domestic Sewage Disposal Systems, Building Drainage Elements (Rainwater Sewage Systems), Connections Through Building Walls; Inspection Of Gas Installations, Chimney Inspections, Electrical Inspections, Inspections Of Fire Extinguishers And Hydrants Are Beyond The Scope Of The Scope. They Are Performed According To Separate Orders. Protocols Drawn Up As A Result Of The Inspection Should Also Include: A) The Approximate Scope Of Renovation Works To Be Performed, The Estimated Cost And Their Sequence. Execution; B) Scope Of Unfinished Renovation Works Recommended For Implementation In The Reports From The Previous Annual/Five-Year Periodic Inspection; C) Total Estimated Costs Of Works Resulting From Inspections Carried Out In The Facility. Lump-Sum Settlement
