As Part Of Part 1 Of The Order (Custom-Made Furniture And Accessories With Design): A) Development Of Working Documentation, Patterns And Executive Designs Of Individual Elements Of Carpentry Equipment, Subject To The Ordering Partys Approval. B) Performing Physical Verification Measurements At The Installation Site In Terms Of Actual Room Dimensions, Wall Curvatures, Angles And The Location Of Connections And Sockets Before Mass Production. C) Construction, Delivery And Installation Of 3D Decorative Wall Panels, House Modules With A Built-In Relaxation Zone And Led Lighting, Wall Slats, Modular Wardrobes, Bedding Compartments And Shelves For Deckchairs. E) Delivery, Assembly And Seamless Installation And Connection Of Household Appliances (Including A Built-In Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Hobs, Composite Sinks And Kitchen Fittings With A Pull-Out Spout) To Existing Internal Installations. F) The Standards Set Out In Annex No. 1B To The Swz - Standard Of Furniture And Carpentry Construction Must Be Complied With. 2. In Accordance With Annex No. 1A To The Swz - General Provisions And Requirements Common To All Elements Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Logistics Service, Bringing To The Ground Floor Of The Building, Unpacking, Setting Up, Perfect Leveling Of The Equipment And Full Dismantling And Removal Of All Transport Packaging (Cardboards, Foils, Pallets) For Disposal At The Contractors Expense. B) Providing Complete As-Built And Acceptance Documentation, I.E. Acceptance Protocol Quantity And Quality, A Detailed Quantity And Value List (Net And Gross Prices Of Individual Elements), Warranty Cards, Certificates, Hygienic Certificates, Declarations Of Conformity And Instructions For Use And Maintenance Of Equipment In Polish. A Detailed And Assortment Description Of Technical And Quantitative Parameters For Individual Parts Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. Technical, Quality And Certification Requirements1) Delivery Standard: All Delivered Goods, Furniture And Devices Must Be Brand New, From Current Production, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And Free From Third Party Liabilities.2) Child Safety (Absolute Requirement): All Goods Must Be Designed And Manufactured In A Way That Minimizes The Risk Of Injuries. All External Corners And Edges Of Furniture And Decorations Must Be Safely Rounded Or Chamfered (Radius Min. R=2 Mm To R=5 Mm Depending On The Assortment). Hangers, Hooks And Handles Must Be Made Of Safe Or Flexible Materials.3) Furniture Mounting: In Order To Ensure Stability And Protection Against Tipping Over, High Furniture, Wardrobes, Shelves And Heavy Decorative Elements Must Be Permanently Anchored/Attached To Structural/Partition Walls Or The Ground Using Certified Mechanical Connectors And Expansion Plugs.4) Certification And Purpose: The Offered Equipment Must Be Made In Accordance With The Applicable Quality And Safety Standards Applicable To The Facilities.
