The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Implementation Of Systems And New Devices That Improve Information Security In The Office - Delivery Of A Nas Server, Dlp Software And Data Backup Software. Order Under The Project Entitled Cybersecure Local Government In The Jędrzejów Commune Based On The Grant Agreement No. Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23. 2. The Quantitative Scope Of Delivery Includes: A) Nas Server - 1 Pc. B) Dlp Software - 1 Pc. C) Data Backup Software - 1 Pc.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Presented In Annex No. 1 To Swz.4. In Terms Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk, As Well As Unload It And Bring It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party - Municipal Office In Jędrzejów, 28-300 Jędrzejów Ul. 11 Listopada 33A.2) Delivery Of Equipment Together With: A) Documents Necessary To Take Over The Subject Of The Order For Use, B) With All Accessories Constituting The Sales Set; 3) Notification Of The Ordering Partys Representative About The Planned Delivery Date Of The Subject Of The Order, No Later Than 3 Days Before This Date. The Delivery Should Take Place Between 8 A.M. And 2 P.M. On Weekdays (Monday To Friday)4) Agreeing The Delivery Date With The Ordering Partys Representative, The Subject Of The Order, If The Ordering Partys Representative Submits Any Comments Regarding The Date Proposed By The Contractor 5) Installation And Configuration Of The Nas Server, Software Implementation And Training After Prior Arrangement Of The Date With The Ordering Party - But No Later Than Within 15 Days From The Date Of Delivery6) Preparation Of The Acceptance Protocol Constituting The Basis For The Acceptance; 7) Cooperation With The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Contract, And In Particular Providing All Necessary Explanations And Information Regarding The Subject Of The Order At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or A Person Indicated By The Ordering Party.
