Acting As An Investor Supervision Inspector For The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Krzydłowice Bypass1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Exercise Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of The Krzydłowice Bypass. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Exercising Investor Supervision With Due Diligence And In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text, Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 542), And The Act Of April 16, 2004, On Products Construction (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1213) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions And Contract Provisions, Including: Supervision Over: 1) Coordination Of The Entire Investment Process; 2) Control And Participation In The Settlement Of The Investment (Checking Measurements, Verification Of Individual Elements, Informing About The Need To Charge Penalties And Any Other Unlisted Activities Regarding Changes In The Value And Possibility Of Selling Completed Construction Works); 3) Approval Of The Values Of Completed Construction Works Works Subject To Partial And Final Acceptance Within 7 Days From The Date Of Submission Of The Works Acceptance Report By The Contractor; 4) Representing The Ordering Party At The Construction Site By Checking The Compliance Of Its Implementation With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, The Offer Of The Contractor Of Construction Works, Zrid Decision No. 24.2026 Of May 21, 2026, The Offer Of The Contractor Of Construction Works, Applicable Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Applicable Legal Regulations;5) Appointing A Person To Coordinate The Activities Of Investor Supervision Inspectors And Works Of Individual Industries;6) Presence On The Construction Site Of The Coordinator Of Investor Supervision Inspectors At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Contractor Of Construction Works, At Least Twice A Week;7) Presence On The Construction Site Of Sector Inspectors Of Investor Supervision At Each Request Of The Ordering Party Or The Contractor Of Construction Works, During The Period Of Execution Of Industry Works;8) Agreement With The Contractor Of Construction Works And The Ordering Party, The Material And Financial Schedule For The Implementation Of Works And Payment Plans, If Necessary, Along With An Assessment Of The Correctness Of Their Preparation And Feasibility Of Implementation.
