1. The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System With Connections At Ul. Sportowa And Ul. Fabryczna In Nowogród Bobrzański.2. Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: As Part Of The Investment, Construction Works Should Be Carried Out To Repair The Existing Sanitary Sewage System In Order To Remove Network Defects, Including The Repair Of Protruding Seals - 2 Pcs. Using The Trenchless Method, Together With Height Adjustment Of The Wells In The Area Next To The Pitch. Scope Of Work: A) Preparatory And Security Works, B) Discovery Of Places Of Defects In The Sanitary Sewage System, C) Repairs Of Sewage Connections By Improving/Removing Protruding Seals - 2 Pcs., D) Performing The Necessary Assembly And Sealing Works, E) Adjusting The Height Of The Well Located In The Area Next To The Pitch, F) Cleaning The Sanitary Sewage System And Sewage Wells To Ensure Proper Functioning And Preparation Of The Network For Acceptance, G) Performing Tightness Tests And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Network, H) Restoring The Surface And Tidying Up The Area After The Works Are Completed. Data Characterizing The Building Facility: The Scope Of Works Includes The Performance Of Repair And Adjustment Works Necessary To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Sanitary Sewage System And The Preparation Of The Investment For Final Acceptance. Notes: - Carry Out The Works In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Standards And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, In Compliance With Health And Safety Regulations And In Accordance With The Terms Of The Building Permit Decision. - After Completion Of The Works, The Area Should Be Restored To Its Original Condition. - In The Event Of Works Occurring Unforeseen Events, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately Notify The Supervision Inspector. The Works Include Cleaning And Tv Inspection Of The Sanitary Sewage System To The Extent Covered By The Repair, If It Is Required For The Proper Acceptance Of The Works. Note: The Design Documentation Covers The Entire Investment. Some Of The Construction Works Have Been Completed, And The Construction Works In This Procedure Constitute The Completion Of The Investment. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Construction Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Contractors Obligations Is Presented In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz.
