The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Of An Emergency Water Intake For The Strzałkowo Commune. Construction Of One Hydrogeological Borehole For A Well And Exploitation Of The Quaternary Level - A Deep Well (Emergency) In The Town Of Radłowo, Strzałkowo Commune, On The Plot No. 116/1, Ostrowo Kościelne District As Part Of The Task Entitled Construction Of An Emergency Water Intake For The Strzałkowo Commune. The Plot Includes A Water Treatment Plant And Two Deep Wells Q1 = 47 M3/H And 70 M Deep, Q2 = 40 M3/H And 72 M Deep. The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Well In Accordance With The Approved Geological Works Design, 2) Well And Pump Equipment, 3) Supervision And Testing4) Carrying Out All Activities Guaranteeing The Achievement Of The Purpose For Which The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Served, Cooperating With The Existing Facilities Of The Water Treatment Plant In Radłowo. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed From A Special-Purpose Subsidy Granted By The Voivode Of Wielkopolska Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 - Area 2: Logistics Security And Ensuring Continuity Of Supplies. The Ordering Party Ensures That The Investment Covered By The Procedure Is The Same As Description Of The Investment Included In The Application For Funding Entitled Stage Ii
