The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, Including: − Purchase And Delivery Of Grit Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures - Ac16w Asphalt Binding Layer With A Thickness Of 4 Cm After Compaction On An Area Of 775 M²; − Purchase And Delivery Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures Ac11s - Asphalt Wearing Course With A Thickness Of 4 Cm After Compaction On An Area Of 775 M²; M².3. The Temperature Of The Mineral-Bitumen Mixture During Unloading And Installation Must Be 170-180 °C And Meet The Requirements Of The Mixture Manufacturer, Applicable Standards, Technical Documentation And Relevant Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works.4. Due To The Need To Maintain The Technological Parameters Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures And Ensure The Proper Quality Of The Surface, The Transport Time Of The Mixture From The Moment Of Loading In The Plant To The Moment Of Its Installation Cannot Exceed 1 Hour. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Organization Of Deliveries, Means Of Transport And Technical Solutions Enabling The Required Quality Parameters Of The Mixture To Be Maintained During Transport.5. The Mass Will Be Fed From A Thermos Permanently Mounted On The Truck By Gravity Or Using A Screw Feeder To The Chute. The Design Of The Thermos Should Enable Trouble-Free Gravitational Dosing Of Bituminous Mass Through The Rear Discharge Opening After Lifting The Thermos Box.6. Each Batch Of Delivered Material Must Be Accompanied By A Current Declaration Of Performance, A Wz Document And A Weight Receipt.7. Individual Orders For The Supply Of Mass Will Be Placed In Writing Or Via E-Mail, As The Needs Of The Ordering Party Arise. The Maximum Deadline For Completing A Single Order Is 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Notification Of The Request By The Ordering Party, Subject To The Deadline Offered By The Contractor In The Offer Evaluation Criterion Delivery Time.8. The Contractors Remuneration Is A Lump Sum And Includes All Services Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Specified In Point 2, Including The Delivery Of Mixtures In The Quantity Resulting From The Recipe And Density Of The Mixture Adopted By The Contractor, As Well As The Costs Of Transport, Unloading And Insurance. The Lump Sum Remuneration Is Fixed Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Subject To Changes Permitted In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.9. The Scope Of The Order Specified In Point 2 Is Permanent. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Right Of Option Or The Possibility Of Limiting The Scope Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Mixtures In The Amount Necessary To Make The Layers With The Parameters Specified In Point 2, And This Quantity Is Determined By The Contractor Himself At The Stage Of Preparing The Offer.
