The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Management And Maintenance Services Of A Municipal Cemetery In Nowogard, Hereinafter Referred To As The Cemetery. Administration Of Cemeteries Includes, In Accordance With Applicable Law: A) Ensuring The Operation Of Cemeteries In Accordance With The Act Of January 31, 1959 On Cemeteries And Burial Of The Dead (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1590). B) Keeping Records Of Graves In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of December 22, 2015 On The Method Of Keeping Records Of Graves (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 2257), C) Compliance With The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of March 7, 2008 On The Requirements To Be Met By Cemeteries, Graves And Others Place Of Burial Of Bodies And Remains (Journal Of Laws Of 2008, Item 284), And Other Applicable Legal Provisions. D) Compliance With The Regulations Of Municipal Cemeteries Introduced By Order No. 255/06 Of The Mayor Of Nowogard Of January 18, 2006 And Order No. 38/03 Of The Mayor Of Nowogard Of March 26, 2003 On Setting Fees For The Use Of The Cemetery, As Amended. The Municipal Cemetery Is Located In Nowogard At Ul. Cmentarna, On Plots No. 175, 176, 177, 178 And 179 Of The Nowogard Registration District - 5. The Area Of ​​The Cemetery Is 5.98 Ha. The Cemetery Includes A Chapel, Two Urn Walls, A Toilet Container And 9 Water Intakes.
