1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery, Transport And Unloading Of Aggregate For Road Repair In The Rozprza Commune In 2026. The Ordering Party Estimates The Following Amounts Of Aggregate For Individual Fractions: A) Dolomite Crushed Stone (Dolomite Road Aggregates) With A Fraction Of 4-16 Mm - Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 600 Tons. B) Dolomite Crushed Stone (Dolomite Road Aggregates) With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm - Estimated Quantity Of Approximately 200 Tons.2. The Delivered Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Pn-En-13242 Standard Or Equivalent For This Type Of Aggregate And Be Approved For General Use In Construction - It Must Have All The Required Certificates, Approvals And Certificates.3. The Amount Of Crushed Stone Given In Point 1) Is Indicative And Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party. The Actual Quantity Ordered May Be Reduced, But Not By More Than 30% Of The Estimated Order Quantity.4. The Actual Total Quantity Of Crushed Stone Ordered Will Result From Orders Placed Systematically (By Phone, E-Mail, Text Message). The Order Will Specify The Place And Quantity Of Aggregate Delivery By The Ordering Party.5. The Minimum Unit Order For Aggregate Is Set By The Ordering Party At 25 Mg. 6. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check Each Batch Of Delivered Material In Terms Of Quantity And Quality. If The Ordering Party Finds Defects In The Delivered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Replace It With An Item Free From Defects At Its Own Expense And Risk Within A Period No Longer Than 3 Business Days From The Date Of Informing The Contractor By The Ordering Party About The Detected Defects.8. Delivery Can Take Place From Monday To Friday From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. On September. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Changing The Quantity Of Individual Items Of The Assortment, I.E. The Possibility Of Replacing Any Amount Of Crushed Dolomite Stone With A Fraction Of 4-16 Mm For Crushed Stone With A Fraction Of 0-31.5 Mm And Vice Versa, Within The Limits Of The Subject Of The Order.
