Mandatory Site Visitthe Contractor Shall Carry Out A Mandatory Site Visit Prior Tosubmission Of The Quotation To Verify The Actual Cooling Towerconfiguration, Fi Ll Dimensions, Quantity, Access Conditions, Liftingrequirements And The Condition Of All Internal Components. Submission Ofthe Propo Sal Shall Be Deemed As Confirmation That The Contractor Hasfully Assessed The Site Conditions And Included All Associated Costs. Noc Laims Arising From Failure To Inspect The Site Shall Be Entertained.3. Removal Of Existing Pvc Fill Packsthe Contractor Shall Carefu Lly Dismantle And Remove All Existing Pvcfill Packs Without Causing Damage To The Cooling Tower Casing,Structural Members Or Adjacen T Equipment. The Contractor Shall Isolatethe Cooling Tower, Provide Temporary Protection Where Necessary Andensure Safe Execution Of The Dismantling Works.All Dismantled Pvc Fill Packs, Damaged Materials And Scrap Generatedduring The Works Shall Be Removed From Th E Site.4. Transportation And Disposal Of Scrap Materialsthe Contractor Shall Provide All Vehicles, Drivers, Labour, Liftingequipment And Transportation Necessary To Collect, Load, Transport Andunload All Dismantled Pvc Fill Packs And Associated Scrap Materials Tot He Dewa Ruwaiyah Scrap Yard.The Contractor Shall Obtain Written Acknowledgement Of Material Deliveryfrom The Dewa Representative And Submit The Same As Part Of The Projectclose-Out Documentation.5.
