City Of Prince George (The “City) Is Seeking Proposals From Experienced And Qualified Suppliers To Provide Acomprehensive Rental And Service Program For Coveralls, Mats, And Lockers At Multiple City Facilities. Thesuccessful Proponent Will Be Responsible For The Delivery, Pick-Up, Laundering, Maintenance, And Repair Of Allsupplied Items, With Services Coordinated Across Various Site Locations And Designated Collection Points.Service Requirements May Fluctuate Seasonally, Particularly Between April And November, To Accommodatechanges In Staffing Levels, Employee Transfers Between Divisions, And Temporary Holds In Service. Theobjectives Of The Program Are To Ensure: 1) The Ongoing Provision Of Clean, High-Quality Coveralls And Mats,2) Supply Lockers Where City-Owned Units Are Unavailable, 3) Maintain Uninterrupted And Efficient Garmentexchange Processes, And 4) Deliver Cost-Effective Services To The City.
