This Notice Does Not Start A Tender. The Documents Presented In This Announcement Are Drafts, So The Information Is Preliminary And Indicative. The Procurement Unit Can Freely Change The Documents As It Sees Fit For A Possible Final Tender. The Procurement Unit Does Not Commit To A Specific Method Of Execution Regarding The Procurement, And Potential Bidders Interested In The Procurement Do Not Commit To Participating In The Final Tender. No Separate Compensation Is Paid For Participating In This Request For Information/Technical Dialogue.
