Development Of An Investment Project In The Conceptual Project Phase For The Construction Of A Passenger Ropeway With The Necessary Stations And Facilities In The Upi I-Hill Of The Liberators, Quarter 328, According To The Plan Of Hill Of The Liberators, City Of Plovdiv (Stage 1); A Presentation For Holding A Public Discussion Of The Conceptual Project, Containing 3D Visualizations (Stage 1); Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For The Construction Of A Passenger Ropeway With The Necessary Stations And Facilities In The Upi I-Hill Of The Liberators, Quarter 328, According To The Plan Of Hill Of The Liberators, The City Of Plovdiv With The Necessary Additional Studies (Stage 2). The Project Aims To Provide Ecological, Accessible And Safe Transportation From The Low Park Or Forest Park Area (Zone 1 Or Zone 2 Under The Management Plan) At The Foot Of The Hill, Adjacent To Ruski Blvd Or Volga Street (Or Other Suitable Location Justified By The Project), To The High Forest Park Area (Zone 2 Under The Management Plan) Adjacent To The Established Bunardjik Hill Memorial Area (Zone 3 Under Management Plan). The Implementation Should Be Carried Out In Two Independent Stages In Connection With The Implementation Of The Necessary Coordination Procedures Given The Status Of The Territory, As Well As Other Requirements Related To The Current Management Plan. In The Second Stage, It Is Planned To Develop An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase For The Construction Of A Passenger Ropeway With The Necessary Stations And Facilities In The Upi I-Hill Of The Liberators, Quarter 328, According To The Plan Of Hill Of The Liberators, The City Of Plovdiv With The Necessary Additional Studies. The Scope Of Services Includes The Designers Supervision During Construction In Accordance With Art. 162, Para. 2 Zut.
