The Technical Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Specified In The Technical Specification And The Bill Of Quantities For Each Individual Item. ​​​​​​​This Public Procurement Is Divided Into 4 (Four) Separate Positions, And Offers Can Be Submitted For Separate Positions #2 And #3. Separate Positions No. 1 And No. 4 Will Be Assigned, According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of Zop According To Its Individual Value. The Total Estimated Value Of The Order Is Eur 80,200.00. ​​​​According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Assign Individual Items In The Order Valid For The Individual Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Respective Individual Item Does Not Exceed 511,291.88 Euros For Construction And The Total Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Value Of The Order. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order, It Is Awarded According To The Order Applicable To The Total Value Of The Entire Order. Since The Total Value Of Separate Items No. 1 And No. 4 Is Below 16,040 Euros Without Vat, They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 1 Of The Civil Code. In View Of The Above And On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Positions No. 1 And No. 4 Will Be Assigned In Accordance With Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 1 Of The Civil Procedure Code - By Direct Assignment. The Residual Value Of The Order, After The Separation Of Separate Items #1 And #4, Is Eur 73,500.00 Without Vat. Pursuant To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Residual Value Is The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. The Public Procurement Was Launched Under The Condition Of Art. 114 Of The Public Procurement Act, As At The Time Of Its Opening, Funding Was Not Secured.
