Supply Of procurement of the bogie storage rack, 16 ton capacity diesel forklift truck & wheelset storage rack for shastri park depot. , supply including transportation of all steel fabricated bogie storage rack as per is 20 62 (approx. dimensions of each bogie is 3470 mm length x 2763 mm width x 1050 mm height and weight upto 9000 kg). 15 nos. of such bogies will be stacked on removable steel pallet type structur es through fork lift truck in an array configuration with 3 rows and 5 column. all columns shall be in dependent with each other to relocate them in other places, if needed. ] , design, installation, commissioning and 2 years dlp maintenance including transporta tion of all steel fabricated bogie storage rack as per is 2062 (approx. dimensions of each bogie is 3 470 mm length x 2763 mm width x 1050 mm height and weight upto 9000kg). 15 nos. of such bogi es will be stacked on removable steel pallet type structures through fork lift truck in an array config uration with 3 rows and 5 columns. all columns shall be independent with each other to relocate the m in other places, if needed. ] , supply including transportation and dlp spares of diesel operated fork lift trucks of 1 6 ton or more lifting capacity and fork height of 3500 mm or more to lift metro train bogies. ] , supply of mandatory spares as per clause mentioned in particular specification of dies el operated fork lift trucks of 16 ton or more lifting capacity and fork height of 3500 mm or more to lift metro train bogies. ] , installation, commissioning and 2 years dlp maintenance including transportation and dlp spares of diesel operated fork lift trucks of 16 ton or more lifting capacity and fork height of 3 500 mm or more to lift metro train bogies. . ] , supply including transportation of all steel fabricated wheelset storage rack as per is 2062 (approx dimensions of each wheelset is 2200 mm length, wheelset back to back distance is 16 00 mm, diameter of new wheel is upto 1000 mm and weight upto 2500 kg). 2 nos. of such wheelsets will be stacked on removable steel structures through overhead cranes in configuration with 2 rows a nd 1 column. all columns shall be independent with each other to relocate them in other places, if ne eded. ] , design, installation, commissioning and 2 years dlp maintenance including transporta tion of all steel fabricated wheelset storage rack as per is 2062 (approx. dimensions of each wheel set is 2200 mm length, wheelset back to back distance is 1600 mm, diameter of new wheel is upto 1 000 mm and weight upto 2500 kg). 2 nos. of such wheelset will be stacked on removable steel struct ures through overhead cranes in configuration with 2 rows and 1 column. all columns shall be indepe ndent with each other to relocate them in other places, if needed. ]
