Bids are Invited for Fabrication and Erection Work=Dismantling, fabrication, and erection of tees (sizes 1–3, 4–6, and 8–12); nipples (sizes 1–3, 4–6, and 8–12); crosses (sizes 1–3, 4–6, and 8–12); bends (sizes 1–3, 4–6, and 8–12); flanges (sizes 1–3, 4–6, and 8–12); and reducers (size 1–3). Dismantling, fabrication, and erection of reducers (sizes 4–6 and 8–12); dismantling, fabrication, and erection of blinds (sizes 1–3, 4–6, and 8–12); dismantling, fabrication, and erection of valves (sizes 1–3, 4–6, and 8–12); dismantling, fabrication, and erection of pipelines (sizes 1–3, 4–6, and 8–12); dismantling, fabrication, and erection of coils (sizes 1–3 and 4–6); dismantling, fabrication, and erection of tanks (rectangular, circular, square, etc.); dismantling of heavy structures (2 tons and above); fabrication and erection of heavy structures; dismantling of light structures; fabrication and erection of light structures; hard-facing the teeth of mill under-feed rollers. Fabricate and install a new scraper to replace the worn-out and damaged one on the mills under-feed roller; cut out worn teeth from the under-feed roller, fabricate and install new teeth according to drawings, and perform hard-facing. Fabricate new juice rings for the mills side rollers using 6mm and 8mm thick plates, following the template. Replace the worn-out pipes of the cush-cush conveyor, fit them into the existing trough, and conduct a trial run. Cut out worn runners from the cane carrier, rake carrier, bagasse elevator, and bagasse carrier and move them to the scrap yard; fabricate and install new runners using 50mm and 65mm plates, followed by a trial run. Cut out worn and damaged side plates from the cane carrier and move them to the scrap yard; install new 6mm and 8mm MS plates. Cut out and remove the worn discharge chute located beneath the fiberizer; fabricate and install a new one using 12mm plate and conduct a satisfactory trial run. Replace the worn-out bottom trough and side plates of the rake carrier with 8mm plates. Cut out and remove the juice tray from the mill house; fabricate and install a new one using 6mm and 8mm plates according to drawings and templates, and conduct a leak-proof trial run. Cut out and remove the covered boot section of the rake carrier; fabricate and install a new section using 10mm and 12mm plates matching the original specifications, and conduct a trial run. Cut out and remove the worn hoods of the cane leveler and chopper; fabricate and install new ones using 10mm and 12mm thick plates. Cut out and remove the worn base runner box of the mill rake carrier; fabricate and install a new box using new plates and angles. Replace the damaged square bars on the bridge and trolley of the cane unloader with new square bars. Cutting out corroded neck plates of the Donally chute at the mill house, fabricating and installing new plates to replace the old ones, and conducting trial runs. Repairing and straightening old, damaged racks of the rack carrier—including structural strengthening—in accordance with templates and instructions. Cleaning and painting the interior and exterior of the boiler chimney; cleaning and whitewashing the boilers condensate receiving tank. Dismantling, fabricating, and erecting the delivery line for the bagasse silo fan. Cutting out the plate located at the top of the boiler and installing a new one in its place. Cutting out and replacing corroded side and bottom plates, as well as performing patching work, on the bagasse elevator and RBC. Cutting out side plates of Boilers No. 1, 2, and 3; replacing corroded plates; and fabricating and installing new 5mm and 3mm plates as required, in accordance with templates. Repairing corroded parts of the expansion joints for the air heaters and economizers of Boilers No. 1, 2, and 3.s
