Bids are Invited for Scraping & Cleaning Work Clarification Section ,=Scraping and cleaning of all Juice Weighing Scale tanks (including lines, catchers, etc.) followed by the application of one coat of red oxide primer paint. Scraping and cleaning of all juice heaters and vapor-line juice heaters—including partition plates, top and bottom side covers, pipelines, double-beat valves, and condensate tanks—followed by the application of primer and paint. Scraping and cleaning of the juice sulphitor (inside and out) and associated lime lines, juice lines, gas lines, and the sulphitor vessel itself, followed by the application of two coats of red oxide primer paint. Cleaning and scraping of the drums and troughs of both vacuum filters; cleaning of mud lines, mud tanks, filtrate tanks, and decking plates; internal cleaning and scraping of both cyclones and the clear juice vessel; cleaning of all platforms; and scraping and cleaning of both agitators, followed by the application of primer, paint, and black paint. Scraping and cleaning (internal and external) of Sulphur Furnaces No. 1, 2, and 3, including scraping of the castable lining; scraping and cleaning of melters, tanks, and cooler pipelines for all sulphur furnaces, followed by red oxide painting. Internal cleaning of all associated sulphur gas lines leading to the juice sulphitor and syrup sulphitor. Internal cleaning of the semi-kestner shell, save-all, vapor space, top, bottom, and tube plates, followed by the application of red oxide paint. Carry out the internal cleaning and scraping of all Quad bodies—including the calandria, umbrella, top, and bottom tube plates—and ensure the satisfactory completion of internal cleaning for all associated juice, syrup, water, steam, and vacuum lines; also, apply two coats of paint to condensate pots, column structures, and pipelines. Arrange for the necessary chemicals (such as caustic soda, washing soda, Dissolvo, scale softeners, biocides for various stations, and mill sanitation agents) to be transported from the mill store to the area in front of each Quad bodys manhole one day prior to routine cleaning, using ones own labor; after the manholes are opened, use the same labor to introduce the caustic soda, washing soda, Dissolvo, and scale softeners into the evaporator bodies; and perform all tasks related to monthly routine cleaning, including the cleaning of juice and syrup sulfiters and all sulfur furnaces, the washing and cleaning of SO2 gas lines and coolers with water, and the removal and disposal of sludge at designated locations.
