The Subject Of The Order Includes Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Road Infrastructure In The Scope Of Construction Of Road Culverts In The Scope Of: 1) Earthworks, Channeling And Embankments With The Removal Of Excavated Material To The Landfill, 2) Demolition Works Of Road Culverts Along With Removal And Disposal, 3) Construction Of A Crushed Stone Foundation Exclusively From Unsorted Crushed Aggregates Made Of Igneous Volcanic Rocks, 4) Construction Of The Foundation Concrete Under The Culvert 5) Installation Of Concrete Pipes 6) Installation Of Steel Barrier Railings 7) Construction Of End Walls 8) Laying Of The Road Surface With Asphalt Concrete 10) Construction Of Roadsides With Crushed Stone 11) Tidying Up The Area After Modernization Works, Including Topsoil And Grassing Of Adjacent Green Areas, 12) Surveying Services Including: Post-Construction Measurement Works (Extracts Containing Calculation Of All Completed Works In Terms Of Area And Length), Preparation Of An As-Built Geodetic Inventory With Submission To The Geodetic Center And Updating Of Road Books In The Scope Of Completed Works.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Road Infrastructure Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities. The Basic Definitions Regarding The Set Of Technical Procedures And The Substantive Scope Of Works Indicated In The Bills Of Quantities Were Determined In Accordance With The Applicable, Relevant Polish Standards And The Definitions Given In Ost.3. The Scope Of Work Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Be Indicated In The Field By The Supervision Inspector To The Authorized Representative Of The Contractor.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed On The Basis Of: Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz).
