The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Related To The Renovation Of The District Road No. 3516W Bartodzieje - Jastrzębia, On A Section Of 1,878.00 M, From Km 1+854.00 To Km 3+732.00, In The Commune Of Jastrzębia, Including In Particular: - Corrective Milling Of The Surface, - Execution Of A Leveling, Binding And Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete, - Reconstruction And Strengthening The Ground Roadsides With Crushed Aggregate, - Cleaning Of Culverts, - Desilting Of Ditches, - Renovation Of Exits And Junctions Of Minor Roads, - Execution Of Necessary Earthworks, - Vertical And Horizontal Road Marking. The Ordering Party Requires The Laying Of A Wearing Course Over The Entire Width Of The Road.2. The List Of Works Planned To Be Performed Under The Order Is Provided In The Offer Cost Estimate Form, I.E. Form No. 2, Constituting An Annex To The Terms Of Reference (Swz).
