The Subject Of The Order Is Defined By The Following Codes: Cpv 33700000-7 Body Care Products, Cpv 33711610-6 Shampoos, Cpv 33711710-7 Toothbrushes, Cpv 33711720-0 Toothpaste, Cpv 33711810-8 Shaving Creams, Cpv 33711900-6 Soap, Cpv 33721200-2 Razors, Cpv 33741100-7 Hand Cleaner, Cpv 33711620-9 Combs, Cpv 39831000-6 Washing Preparations, Cpv 33711780-8 Tablets For Cleaning Dentures.2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Using His Own Efforts To The Central Economic Warehouse (Cmg) Located In The Social Welfare Home (Dps) At Ul. Karmelkowa 25 In Wrocław.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Specifying The Type And Quantity Of The Ordered Goods, Can Be Found In The Price Calculation - Annex No. 2 To The Swz And In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ People On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship.5. The Ordering Party Awards The Contract In Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. The Ordering Party Does Not Divide The Order Into Parts As Part Of The Current Procedure And Therefore Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Division Of This Contract Would Result In Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers Referred To In Art. 92 Of The Pzp.7 Act. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 8 Of The Public Procurement Law 8. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To: 1) Order A Smaller Quantity Of Goods Than The Quantities Specified In The Price Calculation For Individual Items; 2) Resign From Some Of The Items Indicated In The Price Calculation, However, Any Reduction In The Quantity Of Goods Cannot Be Greater Than 50% In Relation To The Value Of The Remuneration For The Entire Subject Of The Order Specified As The Contractors Remuneration.
