1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Are The Successive Deliveries Of Milk, Milk Products And Vegetable Fats. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Provided In An Assortment Consistent With Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, Which Is Also The Price Form.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Document Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Annex To The Swz And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract. As Part Of The Deliveries, The Ordering Party Requires, Among Others: - The Delivered Assortment Will Be First Class, Fresh And Marked In Accordance With The Applicable Standard. Delivery According To Net Weight. - The Contractor Will Deliver Continuously, 5-6 Times A Week From Monday To Saturday (As Needed) To The Ordering Partys Food Warehouse, Until 5:00 A.M., With Delivery And Delivery To The Warehouse And Quantitative And Qualitative Verification In The Presence Of The Contractor And The Ordering Party. - The Ordering Party Requires That 2/3 Of The Deadline Set For The Shelf Life Of The Product Be Reserved For The Ordering Party. - In The Event Of Delivery Of A Smaller Quantity Of The Product Than Stipulated In The Contract, The Contractors Remuneration Will Be Adjusted Based On The Actually Delivered Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order. - Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Own Transport, At His Expense And Risk.
