1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Various Food Products To The Dormitory Of The Forest School Complex In Biłgoraj. Part 1 - Delivery Of Food Products. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2. Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Delivering Food Products To The Ordering Partys Headquarters (The Warehouse Of The Forest School Complex In Biłgoraj At Ul. Polna 3) Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense, On Dates, Assortment And Quantities In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Current Needs, 2) Delivering Items In Intact Individual Or Collective Packaging Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product, Ensuring Food Safety And Maintaining The Required Temperature. The Information Required By Law Must Be Included On The Packaging Or In A Document Accompanying The Delivery, Depending On How The Product Is Placed On The Market. The Products Must Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Applicable Food Law Provisions And The Quality Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
