1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Service In The Field Of Delivery, Implementation, Configuration, Commissioning And Maintenance Of A System For Monitoring The Ict And Network Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party Along With Accompanying Services For A Period Of 36 Months, Which Includes: 1.1. Implementation Of A Comprehensive Task Consisting In The Provision Of Iaas It Infrastructure (Cloud Computing) Along With Log Server Software, Siem And Soc Monitoring, 1.2. Implementation Of A Comprehensive Task Consisting In Providing A System For Locating Backup Copies To The Ordering Party, 1.3. Implementation Of A Comprehensive Task Consisting In Conducting Penetration Tests Of The Ordering Partys Infrastructure Along With Recommending Corrections And Improvements In The Infrastructure.2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Must Be Prepared Technologically In A Way That Allows For Increasing The Number Of Individual Components Of The Iaas Ict Environment Without Affecting The Continuity Of Operation Of The Entire Iaas Ict Environment Provided As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Without Interruption In The Operation And Access To The Iaas Environment In Connection With Its Expansion Or Increase.3. The Contractor Must Complete The Order At An Sla Availability Level Of At Least 99%.4. The Performance Of The Contract Must Comply With Iso 22301, Iso 27001, Iso 27017 Or Equivalent Standards.5. The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Tier Iii Facility Or Ansi-Tia Rated 3 Standard, Or Equivalent. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And Its Annexes.
