Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services for Implementing Interest-Free Monetary Policy and Sharia Compliant Government Securities The FDRE Ministry of Finance now invites Individual Consultants to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the above-mentioned services. The expression of interest must include Consultants profile, country of residence and evidence of fulfilling the requirements to deliver the consultancy services. Qualification and experience required: 1. Masters degree in business, economics, finance or related discipline. 2. A minimum of fifteen (15) years of dedicated experience working in Policy, central bank operation, financial markets, finance, and projects. 3. Experience in the operation and regulation financial markets with a specific focus on Islamic Finance and Islamic capital market products in emerging markets and experience supporting central banks on interest free monetary policy instruments. 4. Previous experience working with central bank/regulators is an in the region and good knowledge of Ethiopian markets and its political context added advantage. 5.
