Comprehensive Renewal Of The Cold And Freezer Rooms Of The West Wing Of The Main Building Of The Research Station Of The Archipelago Research Institute Located On The Seili Island Of The University Of Turku: Renovation Plan, Renewal/Relocation Of Machinery, Floor Modification Work And Resurfacing, Including:• Asbestos Mapping And Other Pre-Work Survey Work, Incl. The Number Of Machines To Be Renewed. The Tenderer Prepares A Renovation Plan, Which Aims To Utilize The Existing Refrigeration/Freezer Machinery As Much As Possible, And The Renewal Of The Machinery Is Carried Out In The Necessary Parts.• Dismantling Of The Old Machinery And Elements, Removal And Recycling Of Supplies And Waste Generated During The Demolition• Delivery And Installation Of New Machinery, Elements And Supplies In Working Condition As Well As Instruction In Use, Consideration Of Lighting• Costs Of Dismantling, Coating, Electrical, Drainage And Other Modification Works • Connection Of Systems To Existing Danfoss/Celsicom Alarm Systems • Installation Of Feed-Throughs And Outdoor Units, Modifications And Accessories • Transfer And Modification Of The Existing Cooling System From The Basement To Other Outdoor Units, Including Accessories • Organization Of Temporary Storage Systems For Research Samples In Freezer Rooms: Delivery, Installation, Alarm Systems, Transfer Of Samples, Unloading And Transport. With Refrigeration Equipment, Supplies And Components, As Well As The Above-Mentioned Pre-Estimated Works Must Be Included In The Offer. The Site Is A Historic Building, Which Requires Special Care, Planning And Consideration Of The Condition Of The Structures In All Phases Of The Work. The Area Of The Airisto-Seili Archipelago Has Been Named A Nationally Valuable Landscape Area By The Governments Decision In Principle, And A Large Part Of The Islands Buildings Are Either Fully Or Partially Protected Or Preserved. Seili And Its Surrounding Islands Are Classified As A Nature Reserve, And Most Of Its Land Also Belongs To The Natura 2000 Conservation Network. The Site Is Located On An Island, And The Bidder Must Take Into Account Ferry Schedules And The Movement Of The Connecting Vessel In The Implementation. Submitting A Bid Requires That The Bidder Has Familiarized Himself With The Site On The Island Of Seili.
