The Subject Of The Order Is Aimed At Providing Services For The Support Of Automated Library Processes And Modules Of The Library-Information System Automated Library (Ab Ueb) For The Needs Of The University Library At Unss - 2,712.48 Euros Without Vat, The Scope Of Which Includes The Following Elements: 1. Maintenance Of Automated Library Processes And Library Modules: A) Classifiers Module: Once Entered, The Information Is Not Entered A Second Time, But Is Only Selected And Automatically Filled In When Processing The Individual Titles; Save Time For Describing Library Documents; They Protect Databases From Making Spelling Mistakes; B) Data Entry Modules: Book Processing, Periodical Processing, Analytical Processing, Non-Book Media Processing, Dissertations And Research Papers; C) Loan Service Module For Reader Service: Reader Registration, Borrowing And Returning Books, Library And Bibliographic References, Etc.; D) Information Service Modules. Internet Catalog, My Library And Citations Generate An Information Bulletin About New Arrivals In The Library, Provides Access For Making Various Inquiries In The Internet Catalog And Bibliographic-Information Service; E) Service Functions. Setup Module: Backing Up And Securing The Entered Information On A Local Computer Or Server; Syntax Check For Records From Classifiers Or Databases; Checking For Duplicate Texts In The Classifiers; Replacing One Text From The Databases Or Classifiers With Another; Service Functions Correcting The Base After A Power Failure; Other Service Functions Ensuring Stable Operation Of The Database. ​​​​​​​2. Additional Software And Hardware Services, Which Are Not Subject To This Contract, Are Paid Hourly And Are Performed After Being Approved In Writing By The Contractor: A) The Value Of The Funds Provided Under The Contract For The Listed Additional Services Is 1,287.52 € Without Vat. B) Price Per Hour Is 42 € Including Vat; C) The Travel Expenses Related To Them.: ​​​​The Service Organization Is Released From Responsibility In The Case Of: Changes To The Configurations Or The Local Network Made By The Contracting Party That Are Not Agreed With It; Infection With Computer Viruses; Incorrect Or Incompetent Operation Of The Program Modules; When Reinstalling System Software Or Connecting A New Computer To The Network;​​​​​​​​​​​​A Fortuitous Event Or Force Majeure. The Term Of The Contract Is 3 /Three/ Years, Starting From 06.08.2026. Deadlines For Performing Subscription Services - Online, Daily.​​​​​​
