The Subject Of The Order Is Provision Of Road Transport Services In The Field Of School Transport In The Kampinos Commune In The 2026/2027 School Year (On Days Of Full-Time Schooling) At Hours Enabling The Arrival Of Children And Young People To School As Well As Their Return To Their Place Of Residence After The End Of Classes (Based On The Purchase Of Discounted Monthly Tickets For Students And Normal Bearer Monthly Tickets For Guardians Taking Care Of Them During Transport In The Period From 01/09/2026 To 25/06/2027) The Suggested Timetable (Arrivals And Departures) Is Attached As Annex 10 To The Swz. The Timetable May Differ From The Attached One, However, It Must Guarantee Punctual Transport And Collection Of Children To And From School, As Well As On Saturdays If Classes Will Be Held At School Due To Making Up For Another Day Of Schooling. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Changing The Frequency Of Courses In Individual Tasks, As Well As Changing (Up And Down) The Length Of The Route Of One Course, If There Are Circumstances Justifying The Need For Such A Change. Such Circumstances Include In Particular: Changes In School Hours, Accidental Accidents Of Students Resulting In The Extension Of Course Routes, And An Increase Or Decrease In The Number Of Students Transported On Individual Routes. These Changes Will Be Made In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement.
