The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Expansion Of The Volunteer Fire Department Station In Mazury, Consisting In The Addition Of A Single-Car Garage In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Bills Of Quantities, Hereinafter Referred To As The Technical Documentation Constituting Annex No. Was Divided Into The Following Two Stages: A) Stage I, Including The Construction Of A Garage In An Open Shell, B) Stage Ii, Constituting The Right Of Option, Including Closing The Shell And Finishing The Interior. The Scope Of Stage I Includes, Among Others: • Demolition And Earthworks • Construction Of Foundations With The Installation And Connection Of The Sanitary Sewage System • Construction Of The Walls And Chimney Of The Building • Construction Of The Floor And Finishing Of The Layers • Construction Of The Flat Roof • Connection And Installation Sanitary Sewage Systemthe Scope Of Stage Ii Includes:• Window And Door Joinery• Internal Plastering, Painting Of Internal Walls• Internal Installation (Electrical, Ventilation, Exhaust Gas Extraction)
