The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Conducting Group Classes In The Field Of Learning And Improving Swimming Techniques As Part Of Universal Swimming Lessons Programs At The Swimming Pool In The Indoor Swimming Pool Zone And Other Swimming Lessons Carried Out Under Other Contracts Concluded By The Ordering Party.2. Swimming Lessons Will Take Place In The Indoor Swimming Pool Zone, Which Is Located At Ul. Brzozowa 7 In Oleśnica, Managed By Oleśnicki Recreation Complex Atol Sp. Z O. O. In Oleśnica.3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Participants In Classes, As Well As The Dates And Hours Of Swimming Lessons, Caused By Changes In The School Schedule In A Given School Or In The Indoor Swimming Pool Zone (E.G. Resulting From Technological Breaks).4. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Program Of Classes As Part Of Swimming Learning And Improvement Programs.5. The Estimated Number Of Instructors Working Hours During The Contract Period Is: 7,995 Hours. The Estimated Number Of Classes And Units May Change And Depends On The Demand For Particular Services. 6. The Expected Number Of Hours Does Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Use Them During The Contract And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims From The Contractor Now Or In The Future Due To Their Failure To Use Them. Based On The Estimated Number Of Hours Provided By The Ordering Party, The Maximum Offer Price Should Be Calculated, Serving Only To Compare The Submitted Offers And Select The Most Advantageous Offer. Settlements Will Be Made According To The Actual Number Of Hours Of Services Provided In A Given Calendar Month, Based On The Unit Price Proposed By The Contractor.8. A Reduction By The Ordering Party Of The Number Of Ordered Units Of The Subject Of The Order In Relation To The Estimated Number Of Units Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims. If Classes Are Canceled, The Contractor Will Not Include The Classes Scheduled For That Day In The Class Performance Report, And The Ordering Party Will Not Be Obliged To Pay Them,9. The Minimum Requirements That Persons Participating On Behalf Of The Contractor In Conducting Swimming Lessons Are To Carry Out During Classes As Part Of Swimming Learning And Improvement Programs Will Be Determined Depending On The Program Being Implemented.10. Details Regarding The Provision Of The Service: A. Deadline: 24 Months, Expected Start Of The Service: September 1, 2026. The Contractor Will Perform The Service According To Detailed Schedules Provided By The Ordering Party At Least 5 Days Before The Commencement Of The Provision Of Services.
