Closing Date: 31 July 2026 Formal Quotations Sealed and Clearly Marked Rfq 02/05/2026: Request for Quotation Supply and Delivery of Petrol Tamping Rammers to Oudtshoorn Municipality as and when Required from Date of Appointment (for a Period of 1 Year) must be Placed in the Municipal Quotation Box, 26 Church Street, Oudtshoorn, No Later than 12:00 on Friday, 31 July 2026, and will be Opened in Public Immediately Thereafter in the Supply Chain Management Office, 26 Church Street, Oudtshoorn. A Set of Fully Completed Quotation Documents must be Submitted on the Original Documents and Remain Valid for 90 Days after the Closing Date of the Quotation. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Withdraw Any Invitation to Quotation and/or Re-Advertise or to Reject Any Formal Quotation or Accept a Part of it. The Municipality does not Bind Itself to Accept the Lowest or Award a Contract to the Bidder Scoring the Highest Number of Points. Potential Bidders should Note that not All Projects in Terms of this Quotation may not Materialise.
