Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery, Commissioning of Twenty-Four (24) Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Tanks with Portable Loading/Off-Loading Equipment and Training of Maintenance & Operations Personnel. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of (UGX 100,000) Uganda Shillings One Hundred Thousand or its equivalent in United States Dollars. The method of payment will be directly to UGX Account in STANBIC BANK, Account No. 9030014700918 in the name of Uganda Railways Corporation. The document will be delivered with the preferred means of delivering the bid document to the bidder(s). Evidence of Payment will be sent to the Procurement and Disposal Unit at the address indicated in paragraph 4 above for issuance of the bidding document. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of UGX 250,000,000 (Uganda Shillings Two Hundred Fifty Million) or USD 49724.92 in the form of an unconditional bank guarantee.
