1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Internal Sanitary And Technological Installations In The Mw2 Building, Including In Particular The Replacement Of Technological Heating Installations, Chilled Water Cooling, Cold And Hot Utility Water, Circulation, Central Heating And Hydrant Installations. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Works And The Requirements For Their Implementation Are Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Is An Annex To The Swz.2) The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Even If They Are Not Clearly Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities.3) The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On Inspection Of The Construction Site.4) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works Included In The Bills Of Quantities, Variants I-Iii. The Variants Presented In The Bills Of Quantities Do Not Constitute Offer Variants Or Alternative Ways Of Completing The Order, But Subsequent, Incremental Parts Of The Full Scope Of Works.
