Request For Proposals For Construction Management Services For Slope Stabilization Project In Drumheller, Ab . The Goal For This Project Is To Stabilize A Hillside Slope Behind St. Anthony’S School Located In Drumheller, Alberta. Christ The Redeemer (Ctr) Is Currently Working With A Geo-Technical Engineering Consultant That Will Be Conducting Further Studies Who Will Be Involved In The Design. It Is Ctr’S Intention To Retain A Construction Manager For Pre-Construction Services In Relation To This Project. The Successful Proposal Shall Collaborate Closely With Ctr And The Geo-Technical Consultant. The Successful Proponent Shall Be Engaged In The Project Upon The Completion Of The Geo-Technical Consultants Drilling Program Where The Geo-Technical Consultant Will Conduct Further Investigation To Determine The Best Methodology For Stabilizing The Hillside Slope. The Successful Proponent Shall Review Drilling Data, Collaborate With The Consultant And Ctr To Identify Any Risks And The Constructability Of The Final Design And To Assist Ctr With Developing Construction Cost Estimates Throughout Various Phases Of The Project Design. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting And Site Visit At The Place Of The Work Has Been Scheduled For July 28, 2026 At 10:00 A.M. Mst.
