The Work Whose Execution Is Being Tendered Is Called “Improvement 3 Plazas Villa Maestranza, Coquimbo”, And Includes The Total Execution Of The Project That Is Delivered, Including All The Items Specified Or Graphed In The New Construction Plans And The Complementary Constructions. The Project In Question Consists Of The Improvement Of 3 Plazas In The Villa Maestranza Sector; Plaza “Ramal Vicuña” With 421.61 M², Plaza “Estación Hualcuna” With 664.17 M² And Plaza “Almirante Latorre” With 620.16 M². The Intervention Includes The Installation Of New Inclusive Childrens Games, Outdoor Exercise Equipment, Bicycle Racks, Drinking Fountains, Rubber Palms As Safety And Universal Access Paving, A Platform-Type Pergola For A Rest Area, Seats And Ornamental Steel Furniture. The Vegetation Will Be Renewed With Species With Low Water Requirements. In Addition, The Existing Games, Garbage Cans, Seats Will Be Replaced And An Led Lighting System Will Be Installed In Accesses, Paths, Games And Rest Areas, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of The Project, Plans, And Annexes Thereof, Background Information That Is Published In This Tender.
