Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Transports Scolaires. The Commune Of Rue Is Responsible For School Transport For Students (From 1H To 8H) Living In The Territory Of The Rue School Circle. The Objective Of This Contract Is To Guarantee The Transport Of Students Within The Territory Of The Municipality, In A Reliable And Secure Manner, To The Satisfaction Of The Children, Their Parents, The School District And The Municipal Authorities. The Bidder Must Submit An Offer Valid For 6 Months From Submission Of The Offer. This Offer Covers At Least All Of The Services Described In Chapter 2 “Object Of The Contract” Of The Tender Documents. The Adjudicator Expects A Framework Contract From The Successful Bidder For An Initial Duration Of 5 Years (August 2027 - July 2032), Tacitly Renewable From Year To Year (From August 2032 To July 2033 Respectively From August 2033 To July 2034) Up To A Maximum Of 7 Years.
