Information Technology Services – Portal Solution For Registration Of Parking Permits (Ppmo). The Contracting Authority Strives For The Digital Modernization Of Its Individual Agendas. One Of These Agendas Is The Parking Policy Of The City Of Olomouc (Hereinafter Also Ppmo). Currently, The Territorial Scope Of The Parking Policy Is Valid Only For Two Parking Zones (A And B). In The Planned Extension To Zones C And D (Including Their Sub-Areas), It Is Also Necessary To Modify And Strengthen The Existing Part Of The Ppmo, Which Takes Care Of The Registration Of Parking Permits. Therefore, The Contracting Authority Has Decided To Procure The Services Of A New Modern System For Registering Parking Permits, While With The Help Of These Services, The Faster Check-In Of Citizens Will Be Optimized, The Connection To The State Administration Registers, The Connection To Other Ppmo Systems For More Efficient Processing Of The Transmitted Data Will Be Ensured, And A Modern Graphic Interface According To Current Trends Will Also Be Achieved. The Provision Of Parking Permit Registration System Services Must Also Meet All Current Legislative And Safety Requirements. The Subject Of The Performance Of This Public Order Is: A) The Performance Of Requirements Analysis, The Processing And Implementation Of The Target Concept, The Establishment And Operation Of The Portal Solution For The Registration Of Parking Permits (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ppmo Portal Solution), Data Migration, Testing, Training, The Provision Of Licenses And The Provision Of All Other Related Performance Required For The Proper Operation Of The Ppmo Portal Solution; B) Providing The Ppmo Portal Solution As A Service (In Service Mode), Ensuring Its Maintenance And Support, Providing The It Infrastructure Necessary For The Operation Of The Ppmo Portal Solution; C) Provision Of Development Services, Analytical And Methodical Services, Implementation Of Change Requests And Provision Of Other Related Services Based On The Clients Requirements. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Performance Is Contained In The Relevant Parts Of The Tender Documentation (Hereinafter Also Zd), In Particular Annex No. 2 And Annex No. 3 Of The Zd. The Types Of Parking Permits Are Broadly Described In Appendix No. 12 Zd. The Types Of Parking Permits May Change Over Time.
