The Objective Of This Mission Is To Strengthen The Digital Resilience Of The Congolese State In The Face Of Digital Threats By Providing The Country With A National Cybersecurity Framework In Line With International Standards (Itu, Smart Africa, Oecd, Nis2), A National Strategy, Operational Cyber Governance, A National Cybersecurity Training Plan And A National Consultation Mechanism (Assises), To Better Manage The Related Risks, And To Promote Sustainable Investments In This Strategic Area.
