It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support – Isga Portal Further Development And Support. The Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Include The Following Service Areas: A) Operational Support For The It Specialist Process Isga (Portal Classic And Portal Web) B) Adaptations And Further Developments Of The It Specialist Process Isga (Portal Classic And Portal Web) As Well As The System Interfaces To Peripheral Systems C) Conception Work For The Development Of Optimal Implementation Strategies, Technological Methods And Use Cases For Development Implementation Details, Insofar As These Are Not Listed In Numbers 3 And 4 Of This Service Description, Are Regulated In The Evb-It Creation Contract (Form 414). Based On Several Years Of Experience, The Client Calculates A) Operational Support, B) Adaptation Developments And C) Conception Work Together With The Following Hourly Requirements For The Service Areas Mentioned In Section 3.2: Basic Contract Term: - 2027: 4,800 Hours - 2028: 4,800 Hours - 2029: 4,800 Hours - 2030: 4,000 Hours For Extension Option 1 (2 Years): - 2031: 4,000 Hours - 2032: 4,000 Hours With Extension Option 21 (2 Years): - 2031: 4,000 Hours - 2032: 4,000 Hours The Calculation Is Based On A Breakdown Into The Three Performance Areas At The Following Estimated Percentages Of The Total Work Volume: A. Proportion Of Operational Support: 20% B. Proportion Of Adaptation Developments: 60% C. Proportion Of Conception Work: 20% This Assumes A Linear, Equal Distribution Of The Workload Over The Contract Period, Which, However, E.G. B. May Vary Depending On The Frequency And Severity Of Errors. The Above Breakdown Is A Rough Estimate. Shifts May Occur During The Course Of The Contract. The Contractor Has No Right To Provide The Above-Mentioned Requirements. The Agreement Is Subject To The Availability Of Budgetary Resources For The Relevant Periods. The Framework Agreement In The Form Of An Evb It Creation Contract (See Form 414) Is Concluded Without A Minimum Purchase Quantity And With Annual Upper Limits In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Breakdown. Since The Above-Mentioned Hourly Requirements Are Only An Estimate By The Ag, It May Happen In The Respective Year That The Upper Limits Are Not Sufficient. In Such A Case, After Mutual Agreement Between The Contracting Parties, The Upper Hour Limit Will Be Increased Accordingly Based On The Existing Hourly Rate And Contract. Unused Hour Quotas From Previous Years Can Be Used For This Purpose. If There Are Additional Needs, Overall Increases Of Up To A Maximum Of 100 Percent, Based On The Number Of Hours Of The Entire Contract Term, Are Possible Without Creating A Competitive Award Process.
